Following a five day search, Owlington was located in a tree about a mile away from her home in Curragh Grange yesterday evening.
Her owner, Darren Jackson, says he received calls from people threatening to shoot his pet owl.
Speaking after finding her, he said apart from a few missing feathers, Owlington seems to be fine
