The Order Of Malta Ambulance Corp are to operate a minibus designed to transport people who have mobility issues or patients undergoing cancer treatment.
Overall today 48 vehicles across the country are being funded by organisations as part of the 2024 CLÁR programme, the highest number ever of vehicles.
There are also vehicles for community groups who provide meals on wheels services and for search and rescue organisations.
