New Dublin City Council figures in today's Irish Times show the volume of traffic in the city centre reached 86% of pre-Covid levels by mid-December.
Traffic dropped sharply to just over a third of normal levels from the first week in March, but rose to over 40% of normal levels at the beginning of May.
