It will be available on two routes stopping off at areas including the Airport, Swords and Knocklyon.
The 41 and 15 routes are to become the first Dublin bus services to run 24 hours a day.
The National Transport Authority expects buses to come every half an hour throughout the night from December 1st.
The 15 runs from Clongriffin to Knockylon while the number 41 serves Swords to the city centre via Dublin Airport.
The Dublin commuter coalition says it would also like to see 24 hour services introduced on the luas and dart.
