Disney's Disenchanted, which was originally shot in Enniskerry, is being reshot in the town of Hambledon.
After the film received mixed reviews at a test screening, Disney's Disenchanted, which was originally shot in Enniskerry, is being reshot in the town of Hambledon in Buckinghamshire. The UK village has been transformed into a fairytale village, similar to the set which was created in Enniskerry.
It’s unclear how many scenes need to be reshot, and how much of Wicklow will make the final cut. It is also unknown whether or not the reshoots will lead to a delay in release. Initially, the film was set for release in late 2022.
Disenchanted will see the stars of 2007's Enchanted, Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey, reprise their roles.
