The Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau seized over €5 million in cash last year.
There were also 16 high court convictions for crimes related to money laundering, and terrorist funding.
Since it was established in 2015, the Bureau has seized a total of €24 million in cash and a further €11 million following court proceedings.
