Wicklow County Council has refused to discuss the on-going issue at Kippure Lodge and Holiday Village in Blessington.
The Council issued enforcement proceedings against the owner of Kippure Lodge calling for the demolition of 65 houses after it was alleged they were built without full planning.
Councillor Gerry O' Neill has expressed concern at the move.
