Wicklow County Council have launched 22 new homes in Baltinglass under the Affordable Housing Scheme.
The Affordable Housing Scheme makes homes available at a reduced price for first-time buyers and Fresh Start applicants, whose combined mortgage and deposit will not cover the homes' market price.
The 22 homes are part of the Aldborough Manor development in Baltinglass, which will provide a total of 89 new dwellings and a créche.
