Huge crowds turned out from early on, to take part in Saint Patrick’s Day celebrations in towns and villages around the county.
The garden county’s first parades kicked off in Aughrim just after 11 o’clock this morning followed the Newtownmuntkennedy parade.
Throughout the afternoon, parades were held in Blessington, Baltinglass Greystones, and Rathdrum as well as Carnew, Arklow and Bray, with Wicklow Town hosting the final parade of the day.
