Reports today say hundreds of tourists at a hotel in Tenerife are being tested for the coronavirus after a confirmed case of COVID-19 was identified.
According to Spanish media, health officials are conducting tests in the resort of Adeje, which is popular with British holidaymakers. Reports say an Italian tourist was admitted to hospital on the island, who has since tested positive for COVID-19.
