A campaign group in North Wicklow are seeking a judicial review against plans for 586 homes on the Old Golf Club lands in Bray.
The development has been given the go ahead on the condition it links up with a public transport bridge at Bray Harbour.
Spokesperson for the Save Bray Campaign Noleen McManus says they expect to get a response in the coming weeks.
