Leaving Cert students taking their exams face uncertainty, as there is no confirmed date for their results.
Students are usually given their marks in August but this could be delayed because of a second sitting of tests in July.
Exam candidates could be now waiting till September to find out their marks.
The State Examinations Commission have not announced a results date because many students will not be able to sit the June assessments leading to further delays of marking.
Until numbers are confirmed for June sittings, a confirmed date is unlikely.
