The British Prime Minister will speak with the European Commission President later about progress in the Brexit negotiations.
It comes ahead of tomorrow's European Council summit, which was Boris Johnson's deadline for a trade deal to be agreed.
The EU's chief negotiator Michel Barnier previously indicated that deadline won't be followed and that talks will continue on.
