A 32 year old man appeared in court again yesterday accused of the murder of Arklow woman Nadine Lott.
The 30 year old Mother-of-one died on the 17th of December last in St Vincent's Hospital, three days after she had been viciously assaulted in her home in St Mary's Court in Arklow,. Her former partner Daniel Murtagh, of Melrose Grove in Clondalkin. is accused of causing her death.
According to the Journal.ie, at an appearance before the courts at Cloverhill yesterday, the book of evidence was served on the accused, who was told by Judge David McHugh that he was being returned for trial to the Central Criminal Court.
The judge granted a request for legal aid to include senior counsel representation and for continued psychiatric assessments of the accused.
