Reports today say Construction company BAM has begun legal action against the board of the new National Children’s hospital to recover 20 Million Euro, which it claims is owed because of delays in the project.
According to the Irish Independent sources say this will be the first of several actions that BAM will take to the High Court, after claims for additional payments couldn’t be agreed through conciliation talks.
