A 32-year-old Dublin man accused of the murder of Arklow woman Nadine Lott is has been further remanded in custody until the 18th of February after appearing by video link at Cloverhill District Court today for his fourth hearing.
The 30 year old mother of one was viciously assaulted at her home in St Mary's Court in the early hours of the 14th of December last. She died in hospital three days later.
Daniel Murtagh with an address at Melrose Grove in Clondalkin, was detained hours after the attack, and charged two days later with assaulting Nadine causing serious harm.
