All Public Buses Could Be Fully Wheelchair-Accessible By 2023 Under New Plans

The National Transport Authority is also aiming to ensure private bus firms run low-floor buses by 2026

The announcement follows criticism from the Disability Federation of Ireland and the National Bus and Rail Union.

Transport planners say it's a measure they're considering, as they consult with operators on how to improve access.
