617 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the Republic this evening.
The Health Protection Surveillance Centre has also been notified of 5 additional deaths related to Coronavirus. 123 of these cases were located in Dublin, 107 in Cork, 42 in Meath, 36 in Kerry, 35 in Galway and the remaining 274 cases are located across 21 counties.
Of today’s cases, 73% are under the age of 45.
