Over 100,000 people have flown into the country in the last two weeks.
According to the Irish Independent more than a quarter of those came from the UK.
Almost 15,000 have come from a Green List country.
In total, about 7,300 people per day have been flying into Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports.

The works, part of a €364 million national Garda estate programme, will modernize facilities, improve working conditions, and enhance public access and safety.
