The Minister for Enterprise is forecasting increased job creation in rural and regional parts of Ireland over the coming years.
It's after Local Enterprise Office supported companies reported a net increase in jobs of almost 3,000 last year.
50 of those positions are to the office here in Wicklow.
85% of those employed by Local Enterprise Office backed companies are outside the Dublin region.
Employment results show every LEO district in the country, except Cork South, saw a jobs increase in 2021.
