30 people were each fined for attending a house party in Rathnew last weekend.
A further 24 fines were issued to people who had travelled from Dublin to attend the event, but who had been stopped at checkpoints.
Cannabis was seized from three vehicles.
Gardai in Wicklow had initially become aware of the party after being called out to reports of a vehicle acting suspiciously in the area.
Sergeant John Fitzpatrick says it was following that incident that a property was located where a party was due to take place.
