23 Tidy Town groups in Wicklow are to benefit from 1,000 euro in funding under the Tidy Towns Fund for 2021.
The competition, which has been running for over 60 years, was cancelled last year due to the pandemic
The overall winners are due to be announced before the end of the year with judges reviewing photos submitted by towns and villages across the country.
A new award category has been introduced aimed at groups that have looked after their communities despite the difficulties posed by Covid-19.
