20 Year old Charged Following Attempted Abduction In Dublin

A man is due before a Dublin court this morning charged in connection with an attempted abduction earlier this week..

Last Monday morning a man tried to force a woman in her 60s into the boot of a car in the Martin's Grove/Blackhorse Avenue area.
The woman escaped and the driver fled the scene.
On Tuesday, a 20-year-old man was arrested but was released from custody yesterday morning.
However he was re-arrested and charged yesterday evening, and is due before Blanchardstown District Court later this morning.
