Plans for nearly 1,400 homes in Dublin and North Wicklow have been lodged with An Bord Pleanála.
The plans include student accommodation for 317 people on the South Circular Road, 100 apartments in Bray and almost a thousand apartments are proposed for Cabra and the Ratoath Road in Dublin 11.
