  Upcoming Events at Anne Sexton Pilates

  STUDIO OPEN DAY

  Interested in Pilates and not sure where to start?

  We welcome you to an Open Day at our studio on Saturday 28th March from 1.00–2.30pm.
  
  This is an free information session designed to give you an insight into Pilates and our studio. Meet our wonderful team and have them guide you through pilates and all your options. If you've been curious about Pilates, but not sure where to start, here's your chance!
  
  Advance booking is essential. All attendees must book online via our system as places are limited.

  INTRODUCTION TO PILATES – Workshops - For any new Beginners

  Join us at Anne Sexton Pilates for a relaxed and informative introduction to Pilates, designed to help you understand the method, explore the equipment, and experience your first class in our beautiful studio.
  
  The workshop includes a 30-minute Body Health Talk, a 15-minute introduction to the studio and equipment, and a 45-minute introductory Pilates class.
  
  After the class, enjoy healthy refreshments in our adjoining tea rooms, a lovely opportunity to relax and ask any further questions.
  
  The fee includes -
  - The class
  - Body health talk
  - Pilates socks
  - Refreshments in the tea rooms.
  
  We have 2 upcoming workshops -
  
  Saturday 20th June - Father’s Day - 2pm-4pm
  
  Saturday 26th September - National Fitness Day - 2pm-4pm
  
  Suitable for those who have never tried Pilates, those who are looking to restart after some time away, or those who are just simply curious. We look forward to welcoming you to the studio.
