Now that the world has opened once again, and our organised walks are returning, people will come together with a renewed energy to be a light against the dark. By taking part in Darkness into Light, every walk, every run, every sunrise shared becomes an act of hope and a powerful light against the darkness of suicide. We want to encourage people across Ireland to participate by showing how they can be a meaningful addition to the collective brightness of Darkness Into Light.
