  Job Description:

  Gate Engineer/Technician

  We have a role available in the Automation, installation and maintenance of equipment such as automated gates, barriers, doors, bollards and associated controls.   What you need to succeed

  In order to succeed in this role you must have at least 3 years experience in the automated gate/barrier/door industry and a “willing to learn” attitude, along with the ability to work as part of a team & use own initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start /develop their career in this field & has an interest in electrical engineering & has an enthusiastic work ethic with “hands on approach”.

  Main Responsibilities

  • Commissioning, installation, maintenance & fault finding of Automation Systems.
  • Ensure that all information on jobs is captured in real time on our customised mobile phone app.
  • Highlight any potential issues on jobs at any stage - preplanning, during and post installation.
  • Deliver a professional service to clients, in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Establish and maintain high standards in relation to environmental Health and Safety work practices.
  • Support the continuous improvement in business processes & efficiencies.
  • Other duties that may be assigned to you as required.

  Job Type: Full-time
