Mental health has suffered greatly during the pandemic. People across County Wicklow are being restricted in their daily lives, many out of work, others have to work from home, with no social interaction and the added challenges of family life. 

Every Wednesday it's 'Mind Yourself' on East Coast FM's Morning Show. We'll speak to experts in various fields, from mental health and fitness to child psychology. We'll look at supports available across the county and activities and hobbies you can do at home as you 'Mind Yourself'
