Jamie Ryan headed to The Growlerman Pub in Wicklow Town to spend an evening with the Wicklow Music Collective - a growing group of local musicians creating space for original music in the county.

Founded by members of the local music scene, the collective brings together bands, solo artists and songwriters to perform their own material, connect with each other and build a platform that goes beyond the traditional pub circuit.

From acoustic sessions to full band nights, and now their popular Coffee Shop Sessions, the collective is helping artists develop their sound, gain confidence and reach new audiences.
