Baby Charlotte from Arklow was born at just 27 weeks and weighing less than a pound.
We spoke to her mum Katie Keogh when Charlotte was still in hospital back in September.
Charlotte is now home in Arklow and joined Declan Meehan on The Morning Show with her mum Katie.
