Wicklow Student Shares Mental Health Struggle in Campaign to Break Silence.

Shane Mangan, a young man from Bray is participating in an eight-week fight camp to prepare for a white collar boxing match later in the year in a bid to raise funds for Mental Health Ireland and urge young people to ‘speak up’. Shane took the step to sign up for a boxing training camp which lasts for eight weeks, at the end of which he will take part for the first time in an amateur bout. Shane joined us in-studio to share his story with us and to tell us about how you can get involved in his campaign.
