Kathy Synnott tells us about a fundraising wine-tasting event which she has organised. The event is taking place in O’Briens Wines in Greystones on December 8th in aid of Dee Woods, who is the mother of 4 young boys and she has been battling a rare form of head and neck cancer since last October. The money raised will go towards getting Dee to Germany for specialised, targeted treatment.
