A woman is due in court this morning in following a fatal assault in Wicklow earlier this year.The Woman who is in her 30s was arrested initially as part of an investigation into the fatal assault of a man on the 10th of February, Gardaí said the woman was re-arrested on Tuesday as part of their investigation into the assault at a house in Ballyconnell, Shillelagh.Emergency services were called to the house at around 8.15pm that evening and a 36-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.The woman will appear before Carlow District Court
