Health Minster Wicklow TD Stephen Donnelly has admitted a tenancy registration was not renewed with the Residents Tenancy Board in 2019, due to an oversight.
In a statement, he says the RTB indicated it should be backdated online and this was done last week.
Minister Donnelly says the property had a long-standing tenancy, which had been registered and renewed with the RTB on a number of occasions.
The statement also says the Minister's interests have been fully declared every year on the Dáil register of members interests.
