Abbey Lane in Arklow and Market Square in Wicklow Town are among 38 locations nationwide that will receive permanent weather-resistant facilities, to allow for a longer outdoor dining season.
It's part of an enhancement scheme from the Department of Tourism worth €9 million and covers 19 counties across the country.
The first section of the scheme saw individual businesses given grants of up to €4,000 during the summer months for seating and outdoor accessories.
Wicklow Minister Stephen Mathews has welcomed the news and is encouraging other hospitality businesses to apply for funding.
The stream remains open for applications until the 30th of September.
