Two men were held in garda custody in relation to a fatal shooting incident in North Wicklow last December.
44 year old Clinton McCormack from Bray, died at St Vincent’s Hospital days after he was shot in an incident in Delgany on the 14th of December.
The two men and one woman have been released without charge.
A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
