It has an estimated value of €120,000.
Gardaí also recovered a further 1.5 kilograms of herbal cannabis valued at €30,000, along with approximately 250 grams of suspected cocaine with an estimated value of €17,500.
Two men, in their 20s and 30s, are currently being held at a Garda station in the Southeastern Region.
Investigations continue.
