Approved housing body Tuath says it delivered more than 1,000 homes last year, despite the pandemic.
In its annual report, it says it provided 1,095 homes to almost 3,700 people.
That's a slight increase on the 1,037 homes it delivered in 2019.
Tuath's Deputy CEO, Bronagh D'Arcy, says even with covid it was able to hit its housing targets last year:
