Trump Says He Will Go To Supreme Court Over Election Results

Joe Biden's campaign has pushed back on Donald Trump's false claims that he's already won the election.

The US President says the vote is a fraud on the American people and he's prepared to go to the Supreme Court over the result.

Joe Biden's campaign manager says Donald Trump's statement this morning is 'outrageous, unprecedented, and incorrect'.

Counting is continuing, with a result still too close to call. Biden has 224 electoral college votes compared to 213 for Trump - the winner needs to reach 270.

The President has won several key states - including Florida, Ohio, Iowa and Texas.

While Joe Biden has taken Minnesota, and is ahead in Arizona - where no Democrat has won since 1996.
