Tenants Still Waiting For Keys To Social Housing Scheme In West Wicklow

There are calls for an explanation as to why a social housing scheme in Dunlavin which was expected to be handed over to tenants in spring of last year, remains vacant, with no date confirmed as to when keys will be handed over.

The Fairgreen manor scheme of 40 houses through the housing agency circle is earmarked for those on the Wicklow housing waiting list.

But Councillor Avril Cronin says since last March tenants have been several days to move in, but now they’re being told it’s unclear when they can move.
