Some U.S. States Reintroduce Restrictions As Covid-19 Cases Rise

A half a million deaths related to coronavirus have now been recorded around the world.

Official figures show the US is by far the worst affected country - more than a quarter of all 10 million confirmed cases have happened there.
The Vice President has cancelled campaign events - and bars are being ordered to shut again in California.
Texas governor Greg Abbott's announced something similar for his state.
