A scheme allowing solar panels to be installed on school buildings across the county will be rolled out in the coming weeks.The Government announced it was to pay for solar panels for schools as part of the summer works programme but the project has faced delays due to a lack of lack of funding.Following a question from Local TD Steven Mathews, Minister for Education Norma Foley says these issues have now been resolved.
