Public Consultation Launched On Government Guidelines For Remote Working

The government says working from home will become part of the new normal after the Covid 19 pandemic.

It's launching a public consultation today on new guidelines for remote working to look at areas including employment rights, data protection and the right to disconnect. You can access the document here here

Tanaiste and Minister for Enterprise Leo Varadkar says if done right, remote working could lead to reduced business costs, less traffic, shorter commutes and a better work-life balance.
