The Dublin region had the highest median price in the year to April.
The highest prices outside of Dublin were in Wicklow and Kildare.
Wicklow's median price sat at just under €450,000 while the lowest price was €169,000 in Longford.
Looking at Eircodes, outside of Dublin the most expensive areas over the last twelve months nationally were Greystones and Bray.
