On Call Firefighters In Wicklow Begin Campaign Of Industrial Action

SIPTU says local authorities have failed to address the worsening recruitment and retention crisis in the brigade.

Firefighters won't be attending training drills, and if a resolution isn't found, half of the country's fire crews will stop working next Tuesday before an all out strike the following week.
