Numbers Left On Hospital Trolleys Getting Worse

13-thousand 466 people have been left waiting on a trolley in emergency departments so far this year.

That's a 35 percent increase on 2018 figures.

Fianna Fail's Health Spokesperson Wicklow TD Stephen Donnelly has accused the Government of not caring about the trolley crisis in Irish hospitals.

The INMO has said it has no confidence in the Health Minister or the HSE to tackle hospital overcrowding.
