Work on developing a new primary care centre in Baltinglass is about to get underway. The project on the site of the old presentation convent has been on the cards for over ten years.
Wicklow Fine Gael general election candidate Billy Timmins says along with an ambulance station and ancillary facilities, the project also includes the redevelopment of the convent building into 16 apartments, along with a further 40 houses being built on the site.
Billy Timmins says the work is due to begin shortly
