From Monday people returning from Cyprus, Finland, Latvia and Liechtenstein will not have to restrict their movements.
Germany, Poland, Iceland and Lithuania are being removed.
Liechtenstein is the only country that doesn't have restrictions for travellers arriving from other jurisdictions.
