Over the next week, work will get underway to unwind the trial pedestrianisation scheme in Dún Laoghaire, which was part of the council's Summer Streets initiative.
The scheme ends on the 30th of September.
The council says between now and then, planters, seating, and bike parking that was added for the trial, will be removed and re-used in other public projects elsewhere in the County. Parking and loading bays will revert to as they were before July 5th
Traffic signage and lining will be re-installed on George's Street Lower, Convent Road, and Sussex Street.
However trees, and public seating installed at St. Michael's Square will be retained.
