Witness Appeal - Serious Injury Road Traffic Collision, N81, Co. Wicklow - 29th June 2025
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a serious injury road traffic collision on the N81 near Blessington, Co. Wicklow on Sunday 29th June 2025.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of the collision involving two motor vehicles on the N81 at Tinode, Blessington, Co. Wicklow last night Sunday 29th June, 2025 at approximately 11.30pm.
One female driver, aged in her 60s was seriously injured and remains in a serious condition at Tallaght University Hospital.
The second driver, a male aged in his 20s was not injured.
A technical examination of the scene was conducted by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
Road users who were travelling on this stretch of the N81 near Blessington between 11:15pm and 11:45pm and who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) are asked to make it available to investigating Gardaí.
